SHIPPING
DavideCenci.com Orders are dispatched and shipped to USA and CANADA using the courier UPS from Monday to Friday.
Orders shall be delivered to personal addresses only. Post-office boxes are not allowed.
It is possible to monitor the Order shipping status on UPS official website, by entering the tracking number sent in the Order Confirmation email, at the tracking link.
Any shipping fees due at checkout and calculated depending on destination and volume shall be at the expense of the Customer. Any possible customs fees shall be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery for domestic orders is made from Monday to Friday within 72 working hours by the moment of the Order confirmation email is sent, except national holidays. Any orders placed during the week-end shall be shipped on Monday.
The delivery time for Canadian orders is usually within 2-5 working days The delivery is estimated at the moment the Order confirmation email is sent.
Davidecenci.com shall be exempt from any responsibilities for delays in delivery that are not connected to its fault or negligence. In fact, any delay in shipping and delivering orders may depend on financial checks on the payment, force majeure, natural disasters, or due to destination reachability.
It is also possible that deliveries are delayed wherever customs clearance is necessary.
We encourage our customers to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party.
DELIVERY
At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify both the parcel’s information and the integrity of the external packaging. In the event of finding any anomalies with the delivery -or that the delivery has been collected by any unauthorized person- the Customer must conditionally sign the delivery document and contact UPS or our Customer Service immediately by telephone or by email.
ABSENCE AND AVAILABILITY
The courier shall make a first delivery attempt of the Order at the address provided by the Customer at checkout. If the outcome of the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will inform the Customer of the delivery attempt and shall try to arrange a second one.
If the delivery of the Order cannot be made due to wrong or incomplete information, or lack of cooperation on the Customer’s end, any consequent shipping and customs fees shall be at the expense of the Customer and shall be deducted from the refund’s total amount.
